Jérôme Chambert

Jérôme Chambert is an assistant professor in mechanical engineering at the Department of Applied Mechanics / FEMTO-ST Institute at University of Franche-Comté (Besançon, France). He received a PhD thesis in 2001 from University Blaise Pascal (Clermont-Ferrand, France) on numerical modelling and simulation of ductile fracture. His research areas of interest include biomechanical and biomedical engineering (mechanical behavior of human skin) and manufacturing engineering (numerical simulation of blanking process).
